On January 29, 2017 at 2:51 AM, officers were dispatched to a residence on Penns Grove Auburn Road for an unwanted person. Upon arrival, Nicole Underwood, 32 years of age from Carneys Point, was arrested for the Township Ordinance improper noise or disturbances. Underwood was transported to headquarters, processed and released pending court.

On January 29, 2017 at 1:11 AM, Nicole Underwood, 32 years of age from Carneys Point, turned herself in on a warrant out of the Penns Grove Municipal Court. Underwood was processed and released with a new court date.

On January 28, 2017 at 8:38 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Malik Reaves, 18 years of age from Carneys Point, was arrested for giving false information to a law enforcement officer; and a 17 year old juvenile was arrested for possession of marijuana under fifty grams. Both subjects were transported to headquarters. Reaves was charged on a summons, processed and released pending court. The juvenile was charged on a juvenile complaint, processed and released to his/her legal guardian pending court.

On January 28, 2017 at 5:52 AM, officers were dispatched to the Talk of the Towne for a burglary. Upon arrival, it was discovered that two subjects, wearing dark clothing and having their faces and hands covered, forced entry into the diner and stole an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency. This matter is still under investigation.

On January 28, 2017 at 3:26 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Brandon Pritchett, 31 years of age from Penns Grove, was found to have outstanding warrants for his arrest out of the Salem County Prosecutor’s Office, the Carneys Point Municipal Court and the Penns Grove Municipal Court. Pritchett was transported to headquarters, processed and lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility.

On January 27, 2017 at 8:38 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Cecily Hall, 27 years of age from Carneys Point, was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of the Upper Deerfield Municipal Court. Hall was transported to headquarters, processed and released with a new court date after posting partial bail.

On January 27, 2017 at 3:35 PM, officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Route 130 in the area of Hawks Bridge Road. No injuries were reported.

On January 27, 2017 at 3:31 PM, officers were dispatched to the Circle K for a theft. Upon arrival, it was discovered that an employee, Brittany Ross, 26 years of age from Penns Grove, was found to be undercharging certain customers. A summons was issued for theft and mailed to Ross.

On January 27, 2017 at 12:24 PM, officers were dispatched to the Penns Grove High School for a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot. No injuries were reported.

On January 27, 2017 at 9:26 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Ryaneisha Summiel, 26 years of age from Salem, was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of the Salem City Municipal Court. Summiel was transported to headquarters, processed and released with a new court date.

On January 27, 2017 at 5:25 AM, the victim of a theft reported that while his/her vehicle was parked on Jefferson Street overnight, an unknown subject(s) siphoned approximately $25 in fuel from the vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.

On January 26, 2017 at 11:11 AM, officers were dispatched to a residence on Howard Street for an unwanted person. Upon arrival, David DeJesus Jr, 35 years of age from Carneys Point, was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of the Haddon Township Municipal Court. DeJesus was transported to headquarters, processed and lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility.

On January 25, 2017 at 8:51 AM, officers were dispatched to a single vehicle accident on Route 130 in the area of the Sakima Club. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the accident was a result of mechanical issues with the vehicle. The operator reported minor injuries at the scene and refused medical attention.

On January 24, 2017 at 8:57 PM, officers conducted a motor vehicle stop and one of the occupants fled from the vehicle. Officers apprehended the subject and discovered he/she was a juvenile. The juvenile was transported to headquarters, charged on a juvenile complaint with obstructing the administration of law and turned over to his/her legal guardian pending court.

On January 24, 2017 at 1:32 PM, during a warrant service, David Cassidy, 44 years of age from Carneys Point, was arrested on a warrant out of the Carneys Point Municipal Court and a warrant in the National Crime System out of Chester County, Pennsylvania. Cassidy was transported to headquarters, processed and lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility.

On January 23, 2017 at 11:15 AM, Tricia Beatty, 31 years of age from Pennsville, was arrested at a residence in Pennsville Township for the burglary that was reported on January 19, 2017 at a residence on Central School House Lane. Beatty was transported to headquarters, charged on a warrant with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and theft, charged on a summons with defiant trespassing, processed and lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility. Justin DiGregorio, 27 years of age from Pennsville, had a warrant issued for his arrest for burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft and defiant trespassing. DiGregorio has not been apprehended at this time.

On January 20, 2017 at 7:16 PM, officers approached a suspicious vehicle parked at Borden Beach. Officers spoke to the driver, Ciro Maldonado, 45 years of age from Penns Grove, and discovered he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of the Pennsville Municipal Court. Maldonado was also arrested for defiant trespassing. Maldonado was transported to headquarters, charged on a summons for the new charge, processed, released with a new court date on the warrant and released pending court on the summons.

On January 20, 2017 at 11:04 AM, a Carneys Point resident responded to headquarters to drop off a bicycle that an unknown subject placed in the rear of his/her truck. The bicycle is a white, blue and purple Dyno mountain bike. The vehicle was parked in the area of Regional Drive. The bicycle is at Police headquarters.

On January 20, 2107 at 6:24 AM, during a motorist assist, Jacob Hutt, 27 years of age from Pennsville, was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of the Mid-Salem Joint Municipal Court. Hutt was transported to headquarters, processed and released with a new court date.

On January 19, 2017 at 7:37 PM, officers who were working security at the Penns Grove High School for a basketball game and arrested a 16 year old juvenile from Carneys Point for disorderly conduct. While attempting to take the juvenile into custody, the juvenile resisted arrest. The juvenile was eventually taken into custody and transported to headquarters. At headquarters, the juvenile was charged on a juvenile complaint with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The juvenile was processed and released to his/her guardian pending court.

On January 19, 2017 at 8:46 AM, officers were dispatched to a residence on Central School House Lane for a burglary. Upon arrival, it was discovered that a subject(s) entered the residence and stole $600 in cash. This matter is still under investigation.

On January 19, 2017 at 6:18 AM, officers were dispatched to a single vehicle accident on North Broad Street in the area of the K&F Market. Upon arrival, it was discovered that a vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole. There is no other information about the accident at this time.

On January 19, 2017 at 12:20 AM, officers approached a suspicious vehicle parked in the Calvary Baptist Church parking lot. Officers spoke with the occupant, Jamir Stewart, 28 years of age from Penns Grove, and found that he was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Stewart was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters. Stewart was charged on a summons with possession of marijuana under fifty grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to surrender CDS to the nearest Law Enforcement Officer, processed and released pending court.

On January 18, 2017 at 8:09 PM, during a warrant service, Dana Clark-Stevenson, 31 years of age from Carneys Point, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of the Carneys Point Municipal Court. Clark-Stevenson was transported to headquarters, processed and lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility.

On January 17, 2017 at 4:58 PM, officers were dispatched to the Penns Grove High School for a theft. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the parent of a student who stated his/her son had the lock busted off of his gym locker and a pair of sneakers, valued at $260, were stolen. There are no suspects at this time.
