On 12/12/16 at approximately 7:00 pm Casey R. Singiser (M/28) of Deepwater was arrested and charged with Lewdness. On October 15, 2016 officers responded to the Walmart parking lot for a report of a man sitting in his vehicle committing an offensive act of Lewdness. Officers checked the area for the subject and were unable to locate him. After reviewing the store surveillance system officers were able to display pictures of the vehicle on the Pennsville Police Facebook page which resulted in an anonymous tip. Singiser was processed and released pending court.

On 12/9/16 at approximately 3:35 pm David C. Gray (M/25) of Deepwater was arrested and charged with Theft. Gray had taken two cell phones from a residence in Deepwater and received currency for the phones. Gray was processed and released pending court.

On 12/9/16 at approximately 12:40 am Sheara L. Hickman (F/26) of Salem was arrested and charged with Driving While Under the Influence. Officers responded to Wawa on Carroll Avenue for a report of a female sleeping in the vehicle with the motor running. Upon arrival, Sheara was suspected of being under the influence. Sheara was processed and released pending court.

On 12/7/16 at approximately 2:05 pm Joshua J. Friebel (M/24) of Pennsville was arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace. Friebel was acting disorderly and going from house to house asking residents for cigarettes. Friebel was processed and released pending court.

On 12/6/16 at approximately 6:00 pm Dorothy H. Thom reported she lost her wallet and it may have been lost in the parking lot of Dollar General located on South Broadway. A male subject located the wallet and turned it in to the police. At that time it was discovered that numerous credit cards were missing as well as some cash. Pending Investigation.

On 12/6/16 at approximately 6:08 am Angeline M. Johnson (F/53) of Pennsville was arrested and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. Police were dispatched to the area of North Hook Road for a report of an erratic driver. The vehicle was located and was being operated in the southbound lane but driving northbound. Johnson was charged and processed then transported to the Salem Hospital for an evaluation before being released to a family member. Pending court.

On 12/6/16 at approximately 1:55 am Jason A. Hilton Jr., (M/24) of Florida was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (Marijuana) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hilton was stopped on North Broadway when the officer observed the vehicle had no license plates. Further investigation revealed that Hilton was in possession of suspected CDS. Hilton was processed and released pending court.
