Accident along Hollywood Ave in CP sends at least one to hospital w/ minor injuries

Carneys Point Twp. — This morning September 28, 2016 several minutes before 10:00 am, two motor vehicles collided in front of the entrance to Salem Community College’s Donaghey Hall in Carneys Point Twp.

At approximately 9:56 AM this morning, September 28, a car was traveling South on Hollywood Avenue as a SUV heading in the opposite direction tried turning into the Salem Community College parking lot colliding into the driver’s side of the other motorist.

With minor injuries reported, one female was taken away from the scene in a stretcher and transported to Salem Memorial Hospital. Police reports corroborate that at least one individual was taken to Salem Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.

On September 28, 2016 at 9:56 AM, officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Hollywood Avenue in the area of the Salem Community College.  Minor injuries were reported at the scene and some of the occupants were transported to the Memorial Hospital of Salem County for evaluation.
