Woodstown Fall Festival to be held on Sat. 9/24 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Woodstown – This Saturday September 24th, 2016 will mark the 13th annual Woodstown Fall Festival in the quaint yet festive borough of Woodstown. The cherished yearly event takes place along Main Street on both sides of its intersection with US Route 40.
Each year, the annual event kicks off with a 5k run at the Marlton Recreational Park. The Woodstown Pilesgrove Education Foundation 5K Run will take place at 8am and registration information can be seen on the event’s official website.
The Fall Festival will start at 10am through 4pm. The event will be held rain or shine.
Bring the family and friends out for the community festival! The streets will be lined with scarecrows, vendors, crafters from local shops, local community members, along with visitors from across various States all coming together in celebration of the Harvest Season in Salem County, NJ.
Be sure to check out the local wine and beer tasting tents and have a taste of Salem County. Wagonhouse Winery, Auburn Road Vineyards (providing tastings but not sales), and Summit City Winery will each be at the wine tasting tent. This year’s breweries that will be at the Fall Festival include:
The annual harvest festival is host to live music throughout the day, plenty of local food, face painting, hair cuts, and the KidsZone which is sponsored by the Junior Woan’s Club of Woodstown including activities for children and kids of all ages!
