FAFSA Workshops being offered at Salem Community College

SCC offers free workshop on FAFSA

Salem Community College offers workshops with professional help in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This form is required to apply for federal and state financial assistance programs.

The next free workshop for students and parents is on Wednesday, May 11 from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. in Contini Hall, Room 122 on the SCC campus at 460 Hollywood Ave., Carneys Point. All parents and students are welcome, regardless of their college choice.

Participants are asked to bring the following:

  • Social Security Number
  • Parent and student driver’s licenses
  • Parent and/or student 2015 W-2 form (to estimate taxes and income)
  • Parent and/or student tax return
  • Current bank statements
  • Documentation as permanent U.S. resident or other eligible non-citizen
