SCC seeks nominations of distinguished alumni

CARNEYS POINT TWP., N.J. — The Salem Community College Foundation and the SCC Alumni Association seek nominations of distinguished alumni for the annual recognition program.  The individual will be honored at Commencement on May 20th, 2015.

The nomination letter should explain the individual’s professional achievements and community service contributions. The nominee’s current resume should be included.  Graduates of Salem Community College and Salem County Technical Institute are eligible.

Previous honorees are Brooke M. Alston; Theresa L. Angelus; Erin L. Boyle; Sharron Sparks Boyle; Edith Corbin; Jacob C. Farbman; Gilda T. Gill; Ralph Homan; Sue Ann Leighty; Michael M. Mulligan, Esq.; Barbara E. Nixon; H. Joan Pennington, Esq.; R. Matthew Richards; Thomas S. Shaw; David Sparks; Paul J. Stankard; Carol B. Tighe; Gregory T. Wright; and William D. Yeldell, Jr.

By March 2, nominators should send a one-page letter with the nominee’s current resume to Distinguished Alumni, c/o SCC Foundation, 460 Hollywood Avenue, Carneys Point, NJ 08069.   Nominations also may be e-mailed to bclark@salemcc.edu.  For more information, call (856) 351-2602.
