Home burglarized in Pennsville last night – Pennsville Police Crime Report

PENNSVILLE, NJ – A home on Old Forge Road was burglarized after forced entry was used to enter the residence in Pennsville. The alleged assailant was later apprehended using Visa Gift cards that were stolen from the home last night 20 minutes after. Later last evening, December 16th-17th, 2014, an individual was arrested after a vehicle was pulled over for a reported motor vehicle violation and was arrested for possession of CDS (Marijuana) and was released pending court. On 12/17/14 at approximately 12:22 am Rysheem J. Busch (M/22) of Salem was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (Marijuana) Officers stopped Busch on South Broadway for a motor vehicle violation. Further investigation revealed he was in possession of a quantity of marijuana. Busch was processed and released pending court.

ON 12/16/14 at approximately 9:00 pm Jeremy B. Earnest (M/26) of Pennsgrove was arrested and charged with Burglary, Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. On 12/15/14 at approximately 9:20 pm Police were dispatched to a residence on Old Forge Road for a Burglary and Theft. Upon police arriving it was ascertained that forced entry was used to enter the residence. Upon gaining access several items valued at approximately $543.00 were taken. Earnest was observed using Visa Gift cards that were taken from the residence. Earnest utilized the cards at Walmart, Wawa, Dollar General and Exxon. Earnest was remanded to the Salem County Correctional Facility in default of $20,000.00 bail.
